“How do we give shape to leadership – whose leaders are a new generation of leaders able to facilitate tensions, opportunities and possibilities; crossing edges between different worlds, now and in the future?” This is the burning question that guides our programs and leadership learning journeys.
The full scope of Integrity LeaderSH!FT is intended to create sustained personal and collective leadership based in strengths, autonomy, contribution and life-long learning. It assumes that everyone is a leader in some capacity (home, work, community, over your pets, etc.) and can benefit from skills that create a belonging intra- and interpersonally through the integration of diversity, inclusivity and equity.
In order to increase their adeptness and ownership, the participants will contextualise their learning, making it unique and relevant for their regional/local environment, experiment as they share what is learned with colleagues and beneficiaries in their day to day experiences.
The SH!FT Foundation and team offer experiential learning programs built on awareness based collective action. We aim to support shifts in society and self. In contexts where the need for fundamental different ways of living or working together is recognised. But the question of ‘how to’ (act/navigate) is unanswered.
